Update On The New Zutto: Behind The Scenes

First off, a heartfelt thank you to all our customers for being early adopters of the Zutto. These past couple of years have been a whirlwind of growth and learning; and your feedback has been absolutely instrumental in shaping where we are today.

Thanks to your support, the Zutto has been more successful than we could’ve imagined, so much so that demand started to outpace our ability to produce it in its current form. That’s why, for the past several months, we’ve been hard at work on the production of a new and improved version. And, it’s more than just a production upgrade, of which we'll be sharing more of soon. It's also:

• higher quality, custom-made parts;
  
• a smaller pack size without sacrificing performance;
• better fuel efficiency; and
• a more natural-looking flame

We’ve also been building relationships with new suppliers and placed material orders in early March. Most components are now in production, and we're eagerly awaiting their arrival so we can begin assembling kits.

As our loyal customers, we want to be straight forward with you: as you might have heard, global trade is going through a bit of turbulence. These supply chain disruptions—paired with the fact that we’re still a small operation—have caused delays we didn’t anticipate. Add in some tariff uncertainty, and let’s just say the past few weeks have kept us on our toes.

When we first shifted our supply chain, our goal was to have the new Zutto ready to ship in May. Some components are still on track for that date; others, unfortunately are lagging behind.

That brings us to where things stand today. We know how much you value your time outdoors (and we do to) and how important a safe, reliable campfire is, especially with summer on the horizon. We're doing everything we can to have kits available in time for the season. Building this small company has been an incredible ride, and we owe so much of it to your support. That’s why we felt it was important to share this update openly and honestly.
