Shipping policy
Zutto, LLC ships products sold under the Zutto Fire brand to customers in accordance with the terms described below.
Overview
Handling time: Orders placed before 1pm PST Monday – Friday will typically ship the same day, sometimes next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on recognized holidays will typically ship the next business day.
Orders shipped within the continental United States ship for free. Other orders will have shipping calculated based on location.
We ship via USPS, UPS and DHL. You will receive tracking information via email once an order is placed. Your shipments are insured while in transit against loss or damage. We can not be held responsible for damages or loss once a package has been delivered. If you are worried about package theft, please arrange to have your shipment held at a shipping facility or contact support@zuttofire.com to add signature confirmation (+ $5 fee).
IN-STORE PICKUP
Zutto, LLC does not operate a storefront. If available, options for in-store pickup via other businesses will be shown to you during the checkout process.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.
USPS shipping is required when shipping to a PO Box.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES
As with domestic shipping, estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Your country may require you to pay import fees, customs, duties and value added taxes (VAT), etc. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Please be aware that you may need to work with your local post office to pay customs and duties before they release your shipment to you. If you fail to pay applicable duties, taxes and fees the package will be abandoned and Zutto Fire will not refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees.
Prices and delivery estimates are calculated by the Shopify system.

International customs considerations
Our products are designed for use in the United States. Other countries may have strict regulations governing propane (LPG) appliances, including requirements for testing, certification, or approval before import, sale, or use. If you purchase this product for delivery outside the U.S.:
- You, the customer, are considered the importer of record and are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local safety, certification, and usage requirements.
- Local authorities or customs may delay, reject, or seize shipments that do not meet local compliance standards.
No gas cylinder is included with this product. This does not exempt the appliance from possible certification requirements in your country.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for ensuring compliance with your local regulations.
RETURNS
At this time, we only accept returns of product shipped within the United States and Canada. We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally. However, if you have a concern, we want to address it so please don't hesitate to contact us (support@zuttofire.com).
