April Production Update

We’ve got an update to share with you about production!

As we mentioned in our recent Behind the Scenes post, the tariff war has been a wild ride. We designed the new adapter using entirely custom-made components and placed our orders just before the trade turmoil began. Unfortunately, the timing means we’re facing higher costs and unpredictable delays. That said, we’re pushing forward.

Production is nearly complete for most components and a few are finished. Where possible, we’ve expedited small shipments from our suppliers.

First delivery of sockets and plugs

 Larger quantities (and larger components like the burners, trays, canvas bags and regulator hoses) are still traveling by sea, which naturally takes longer. We’re optimistic that all remaining components will ship by the end of April. Our suppliers are currently estimating shipping times of approximately 20 to 30 days. However, based on our past experience, particularly in light of ongoing trade challenges, we know these timeframes can be unreliable (we're crossing our fingers though).

We’re also finalizing packaging with local companies and gearing up to assemble everything as soon as it arrives.

We know many of you are excited to bring your Zutto to camp this summer and we can’t wait to get them in your hands!
