Lifetime Warranty
Zutto, LLC ("the Company") warrants to the original purchaser ("the Customer") of the Zutto adapter ("the Product") that the Product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the lifetime of the Product, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. The Product is composed of a burner, tray, connector and socket (attached to a regulator hose).
The Company warrants to the Customer that all other components ("the Accessories") are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 1 year from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.. The Accessories are composed of a regulator hose, lava rocks and bags.
The Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective component from the Product and Accessories based on their warranty coverage.
Warranty Exclusions:
This lifetime warranty does not cover:
- Misuse or Abuse: Damages or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or improper installation of the Product and Accessories.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Any unauthorized modifications or alterations to the Product and Accessories.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to, fading, discoloration, and deterioration over time.
Claim Process:
To make a warranty claim, the Customer must:
- Contact the Company (support@zuttofire.com) within the warranty period.
- Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
- Follow the instructions provided by the Company for return, repair, or replacement.
Disclaimer:
This limited lifetime warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by the Company for the Product and Accessories, and it supersedes any other warranties, whether expressed or implied. The Company shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty at any time without prior notice.
